Our Online Presence

I’m trying to figure out how to get a handle on my online life presence.  Thinking I may move (remove?!?!?) the [main] blog as the name is rather unique and is the first Google result.

The run down:

Facebook: y’all, fuck Facebook.  I am so fucking sick of Facebook.  I deleted all photos a while ago; now have a cartoon as my account photo; removed the ID from friends’ photos; removed all personal info long ago; have only contact info, which is only available to “friends”.

Twitter: Eh.  At the moment, I’m neutral.  My past has drunken twitters—I hate the term “tweets” for the noun—, but I’m okay with it.  140 characters to the rescue.

Flickr: I am extremely selective with what I post.  I am comfortable with this account.

Delicious: I am comfortable with this account.  Most folks I meet don’t even use it.

Other:  Are there other rogue accounts I’ve set up still in existence that I can no longer remember??  If so, obviously, fuck it.

This is all in preparation for a future (present??) in which I may have students looking me up online.  I don’t want anything…questionable.

I use my real name online a lot lately.

How about you?  How do you feel about your online life?
