Ficus elastica. “Rubber plant”. I’ve had this for many years now. It, too, doesn’t do so well in winter, but it hangs in there. Last season I repotted it and cut off a bulk of the lower leaves. Now it’s a bit top-heavy, thus the cord to bring the branches back in. This sucker better survive.
